SSkulle
RPG Survivors

Survive the horde. Slay the Demon King.

A dark-fantasy survivors game that plays right in your browser. Move, and your hero does the fighting. Three chapters, three bosses, and a Guild to grow stronger between runs.

Free. No account, nothing to install. Plays on desktop and phone; progress saves in your browser.

How it works

Pick a chapter

The Ruined Village, the Dark Forest, then the Demon King's Castle. Each one is a few minutes long.

Move. That's it.

WASD or the arrow keys, or drag a finger on a phone. Your hero attacks on its own; your job is to not get surrounded.

Level up, choose one of three

Gems drop from everything you slay. Each level offers a new weapon or a sharper stat.

Grow at the Guild

Gold carries over even when you fall. Spend it on lasting upgrades, then go again.

What you get

Three chapters, three bosses

A corrupted knight, a forest wraith, and the Demon King himself, each with its own way of trying to end you.

Weapons that stack

Spin Slash, Fireball Volley, Holy Aura, Lightning Storm. Collect them all and watch the screen fill up.

Elite waves

Twice a chapter, something bigger and meaner shows up. Be ready.

A story between fights

A few lines of dialogue frame each chapter. Click through if you'd rather get to the swords.

Just a web page

Runs in any modern browser, on a phone or a computer. Add it to your home screen and it works offline too.

Your progress stays put

Gold, Guild upgrades, and unlocked chapters save in your browser between visits.

Questions

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. On a touch screen, put a finger on the field and drag; a joystick appears under it. Turn the phone sideways for the best view. On a computer, use WASD or the arrow keys.

Can I install it?

Yes. Open it in your browser and choose "Add to Home Screen" (phone) or the install button in the address bar (desktop). It then opens like any other app and works offline.

Is it free?

Yes, entirely. No account, no ads, no purchases. Just play.

Is anything sent anywhere?

No. The game is a static page. Your progress is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves it.

Where did my progress go?

Progress lives in the browser you played in. Clearing site data or playing in a private window starts you fresh, and so does the Reset Progress button on the title screen.

How long is a run?

Two and a half to three minutes per chapter, with the boss arriving in the last thirty seconds. Fall, and you keep half the gold you found.

Ready, Hero?

Grab your sword. The village needs you.
